Impact Crusher Overview

The Shibang impact crusher is the solution for current and future operating conditions in which output and productivity demands are increasingly stringent. Our impact crusher can be used in quarry applications for primary, secondary or tertiary crushing and they may be used in recycling or concrete.

In this series impact crusher, the rotor is designed to increase swing-weight, improve crushing reduction and obtain extra capacity. This impact crusher is producing high volumes of fine and chipping material due to their high circumferential rotor speeds. Especially, our impact crusher is accepting coarser material than the other type of crusher at tertiary applications which makes them first choice. Impact Crusher Operating Principle

PY series impact crusher is a kind of crushing equipment, using impact energy to crush materials. When materials get into the area where the board hammer plays a part in the impact crusher, under the impact function of board hammer at a high speed, the crushed ones are threw to the impact devices above the rotor continuously. And then they are rebounded from large to small liner to the area where the board hammer plays a part, and are impacted again. The materials from large to small get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly. The process is going on until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and then discharged from down part of the impact crusher.
